Peter has dedicated nearly two decades to youth development through nonprofit leadership and soccer coaching. He holds a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) National 'B' License and an United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma. In addition, Peter has B.A. in Communications from Susquehanna University, and an M.A. in Nonprofit Management from Johns Hopkins University. He has coached at various levels in club soccer, as well as high school programs. Peter is passionate about creating a positive, engaging environment where young players can build confidence, develop skills, and grow their love for the game.

Kurt brings more than two decades of experience in youth soccer leadership and player development. He holds a USSF National 'B' License and an United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma. Kurt played NCAA Division I soccer at Mount St. Mary's University and professionally with the Chesapeake Dragons (USL). His coaching experience includes more than 13 years working with youth players, serving as Varsity Head Coach at St. John's College High School in Maryland, coaching with Herndon Youth Soccer, and leading competitive travel teams and academy programs. Kurt is committed to helping every player develop technical skills, confidence, and a lifelong passion for sports.
